The Challenge: Satya Organic is a quality product; all-natural, organic, steroid-free eczema relief balm but its sales were not increasing. Satya’s original marketing and media outreach were no longer supporting their position in the market. The company needed a new marketing strategy for sustainable growth.
The Solution: To help Satya Organic gain traction online, we knew that SEO would play a big role in their success. We performed a thorough SEO audit and were able to determine how to best serve Satya’s unique goals. Then we developed a strategy to make the website more user-friendly, faster, and easier to navigate. Lastly, we used Facebook and Instagram ads to target specific audiences with a strong call to action.
The Results: 
Total orders increased by 84% 
Online store sessions increase by 96% 
Total Shopify sales increased by 94% 
Average order value increase by 5%

MADE WITH LOCAL

  • The Situation: Made With Local is a B-Corporation certified food provider that focuses on providing social and environmental impact with every action they take. They have drastically increased their retail sales across Canada but their online sales were staggering. 

  • The Solution: We ran a Google Search campaign aimed at driving traffic and purchases to their Shopify website. We made sure we were always bidding higher than competitors, ensuring us the #1 position in Google Search. We ran Google Display ads aimed at retargeting recent visitors of Made With Local’s website reminding them to purchase if they hadn’t already. Lastly, we ran Facebook leads, traffic and conversion campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness, email subscribers and purchases.

SKIPPER OTTO - COMMUNITY SUPPORTED FISHERY

The Client: Skipper Otto connects Canadian seafood lovers directly with local fishermen by providing fair trade seafood across Canada. 
The Situation: Skipper Otto was looking to increase its new membership sign-ups by 25% in 2019. The company felt they were missing out on a lot of opportunities to expand their reach and digital touchpoints with its audience. For Skipper Otto, it was important to target specific geographic areas as they have limited pick up locations per province and do not offer home delivery. 
The Solution: The aim was to connect Skipper Otto with their target audience both online and offline. On Facebook, we constantly tested new custom audiences and rotated audiences in real-time to discover which audiences were responding to which campaign. We began testing with over 15 unique ad sets and then continuously tweaked and updated our creative, copy and landing pages to reflect customer engagement and campaign messaging. For our offline marketing, we built a 2020 PR strategy with over 25 media vendors.
The Results:
New membership sign-ups increased by 38% 
Organic website traffic increased by 21%
Increased PR partnerships with media vendors such as Edible, Daily Hive, BlogTO & The Walrus
Total sales increased by 18%
